Hi I’m Katie Speirs

I’m a Registered Nutritionist with a Nutrition Degree and a Master’s Degree.   Now the formal stuff is out of the way, what I actually do is help people feel well again when food and energy have started to feel complicated.  I also help patients in the Pre-Diabetes range on
the NHS Diabetes Prevention programme. No fads or extremes, just real life and a clear sense of what your body needs to thrive.
